If you carry a healthy lifestyle without all the fat you will have a better life. Is improved to have a healthy life than a life of saturated fat and junk food. In addition you will feel better about yourself, you will feel lighter and have no health problems like cardiovascular diseases and addition it increases vital capacity.

So if you want to be good about yourself, you should follow these tips: 

You can eat the following foods for a healthy life:
  •           Orange
  •          Broccoli
  •          Brown rice as couscous
  •          nuts or pumpkin sedes
  •          The olive oil is a lot best than  others
  •          Avocado
  •          lentils or garvansos
  •          Chicken
  •          Plain chocolate
  •           

You could change the following habits: 
  • You could avoid the salt shaker on the table
  • If you need to use oil, used corn oil.
  • Remove the fat from meat and skin from chicken
  • Avoid frequent meals with fatty or fried foods
                          

Here are some food that you can eat for a healthy life , you can choose between one or two or whatever you want:
  • Vegetable rolls with flour tortillas
  • Quinoa salad , asparagus and strawberries
  • Oats dumplings with cheese chipotle sauce
  • Eggplant stuffed with vegetables with vinaigrette

Drinking water is very important for humans and the living things in the planet, we need it to stay alive, Without water, your body would stop working properly. Water makes up more than half of your body weight and a person can't survive for more than a few days without it. Why? Your body has lots of important jobs and it needs water to do many of them. For instance, your blood, which contains a lot of water, carries oxygen to all the cells of your body. Without oxygen, those tiny cells would die and your body would stop working. In addition to being an important part of the fluids in your body, each cell depends on water to function normally.Drinking water is the better way to keep you healthy and the easier too. You should do Exercise

If you want to have a healthy life or an amazing body; you must do exercise
Exercise is the key to have a calmer life, but many times we say "I don´t have time to do exercise, the gym is far away from my house, and I need to go to the job early..." People who say that are wrong, anybody says that if we want to do exercise we must go to the gym, we can do exercise in our houses! It's more comfortable and it doesn't take so much time! Now, you could continue reading this article or you can go and continue with your lazy life. I'm going to show you some benefits about regular exercise:


Benefits of regular physical activity

As you can see, do exercise is better than medicine, an example is when we have headache for stress, we don't think about do exercise, we may take medicine to control it, but pain will always stay there. But I tell you that exercise will be always the easiest option to have a healthy body and mind. 
So you should do exercise starting today; in your house, at the gym, anywhere, the important is do it, You can walk, run, swim, dance, or practice a sport that you enjoy. You may be as fatter as you want, or you can decide if you wanna be the fittest in the moment
